“调中复衡”理论的内涵及其在脾胃病治疗中的应用

摘　　要：在继承脾胃学说和通降论的基础上,顺应社会及环境变化的需要,结合多年辨病与辨证的临床实践,逐渐构建了"调中复衡"理论,即倡导以"调中"为基础,以"平衡"为目标,将脾胃学说和通降理论的应用范围进一步延伸,不仅强调时刻注重顾护中土,同时应协调机体之阴阳、脏腑、气血、寒热、虚实等方面,使人体机能恢复动态平衡。以调中复衡理论指导脾胃病的治疗,其具体应用则包括以脏腑为纲,注重从症状细微变化辨别脾胃之功能状态;以气血为纲,认为气滞为脏腑功能失调之常见病机;以虚实为纲,认为脾虚为虚证、虚实夹杂之证的中心环节;以寒热为纲,温清并用以平为安四个方面。Based on the spleen and stomach theory and the unblocking and purging theory, the "harmonizing the center to restore balance" theory is formulated conforming to the needs of social and environmental changes and integrating years of clinical experience in disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation, which advocates that "harmonizing the center" is the basis and "balance" is the aim. By further expanding the application area of spleen and stomach theory and the unblocking and purging theory, the "harmonizing the center to restore balance" theory not only addresses the importance of caring the center-earth, but advocates to harmonize the yin-yang, zang-fu(脏腑), qi-blood, cold-heat and deficiency-excess to restore the dynamic balance of the body. When treating the spleen and stomach diseases using "harmonizing the center to restore balance" theory, it is held that if zang-fu is taken as the principle, the subtle changes in symptoms should be observed to distinguish the functional state of the spleen and stomach;if qi-blood is taken as the principle, qi stagnation is considered as the common etiology of visceral dysfunction;following the deficiency-excess principle, spleen deficiency is core of the the deficiency syndrome and the deficiency-excess complex syndrome;following the cold-heat principle, warming and clearing methods are combined, and even method is advocated.
