摘　　要：在农村土地流转过程中,村民关注的焦点问题主要集中在土地使用租金与收成的比较、土地使用租金能不能收回、合同时间的长短、土地的效能、生活的转变程度五个方面。之所以有这样的关注,动因在于道义经济学所谓的安全第一、互惠关系与价值塑造,其表现为偏于保守的土地流转经济观、差序的土地流转信任观、价值塑造的土地流转生活观。During the farmland circulation process,the hot issues villagers concern over are mainly about the comparison between the rent and profit,whether the rent can be recovered or not,the validity period of the contract,the effectiveness of the farmland,and how significant the changes are in villagers life.The motivation behind their concern lies in the theory safety comes first,reciprocal relationship and value shaping in moral economics,which is characterized by a conservative economic view,a differential trust view,and a value-oriented life view.
