摘  要:5-羟色胺(5-HT)是一种重要的神经递质与胞内信使,大量存在于消化系统,少量分布于血小板与神经系统,与人体多种生理病理活动密切相关。其在脑内可参与多种生理功能及病理状态的调节,如睡眠、摄食、体温、精神情感性疾病等。5-HT信号系统包含多个受体及亚型,其异常表达可引起中枢系统与外周系统的功能紊乱,从而导致多种疾病的发生发展。因此,探究5-HT信号系统与疾病病理生理机制的关系尤为重要,同时也可为新药的研发提供靶向依据,未来需深入研究。5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)is an important neurotransmitter and intracellular messenger.It exists in a large amount in the digestive system and a small amount in platelets and nervous system,and is closely related to many physiological and pathological activities of the human body.It can participate in the regulation of a variety of physiological functions and pathological states in the brain,such as sleep,food intake,body temperature,and psycho-affective diseases.The 5-HT signaling system contains multiple receptors and subtypes,and their abnormal expression can cause dysfunction of the central and peripheral systems,leading to the occurrence and development of various diseases.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore the relationship between the 5-HT signaling system and the pathophysiological mechanism of the diseases,which also provides a target basis for the development of new drugs,requiring in-depth research in the future.
