中西医结合对慢性心衰伴低钠血症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察芪苈强心胶囊联合托伐普坦治疗慢性心力衰竭伴低钠血症的临床疗效。方法将慢性心力衰竭伴低钠血症患者66例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组33例,两组均给予普通利尿剂、强心、纠正电解质等基础治疗,在此基础上对照组给予托伐普坦治疗,观察组给予芪苈强心胶囊联合托伐普坦治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后心功能分级、心功能指标(LVEF、NT-proBNP、LVEDD)及血钠浓度变化情况。结果治疗后,两组心功能恢复II级以上比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组LVEF、NT-proBNP值、LVEDD值及血钠浓度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊联合托伐普坦可以有效改善慢性心力衰竭伴低钠血症患者的心功能相关指标。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with tolvaptan in the treatment of chronic heart failure with hyponatremia.Methods 66 patients with chronic heart failure with hyponatremia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,33 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment such as common diuretics,cardiotonic and electrolyte correction.On this basis,the control group was given tolvaptan treatment,the observation group was given Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with tolvaptan.The cardiac function classification,cardiac function indexes(LVEF,NT-proBNP,LVEDD)and blood sodium concentration changes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the effective rate of cardiac function recovery above grade II between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there was statistically significant difference in LVEF value,NT-proBNP value,LVEDD value and serum sodium concentration between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with tolvaptan can effectively improve the heart function of patients with chronic heart failure with hyponatremia.
