摘　　要：目的探索基于罗伊适应理论的护理干预模式对腮腺良性肿瘤患者预后的影响。方法选取2020年6月-2020年11月我院收治的110例腮腺良性肿瘤患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用基于罗伊适应理论的护理模式进行干预。比较两组患者的生存质量和依从性。结果观察组生活质量和依从性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于罗伊适应理论的护理干预能显著提高腮腺良性肿瘤患者的生存质量,改善其依从性。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on Roy adaptation mode on prognosis of patients with benign parotid gland tumor.Methods 110 patients with benign parotid gland tumor who were treated in our hospital from June 2020 to November 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,55 cases in each group.The controlgroup received routine nursing while the observationgroup received nursing intervention based on Roy adaptation.The life quality and treatment compliance of the two groups was compared.Results The life quality and treatment compliance of observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on Roy adaptation mode can significantly improve life quality and treatment compliance of patients with benign parotid gland tumor.
