早期心理干预联合踝泵运动对下肢深静脉血栓预防作用的研究

摘　　要：目的观察早期心理干预联合踝泵运动对剖宫产术后预防下肢深静脉血栓的效果。方法将86例剖宫产产妇随机分为观察组(43例)和对照组(43例)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加早期心理干预和踝泵运动。比较两组下肢深静脉血栓的发生率、首次下床活动时间、住院时间及护理满意度。结果两组下肢深静脉血栓的发生率、首次下床活动时间、住院时间及护理满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期心理干预联合踝泵运动,能够有效降低剖宫产术后患者下肢静脉血栓的发生率,缩短下床活动时间及住院时间,提高护理满意度。Objective To observe the effect of early psychological intervention combined with ankle pump exercise on the prevention of deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs after cesarean section.Methods 86 cases of cesarean section women were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given early psychological intervention and ankle pump exercises on the basis of the control group.The incidence of deep vein thrombosis,the time of getting out of bed,the hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results There was statistically significant difference in the incidence of deep vein thrombosis,the time of getting out of bed,the hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction degree between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Early psychological intervention combined with ankle pump exercise can effectively reduce the incidence of venous thrombosis in the lower limbs of patients after cesarean section,shorten the time of getting out of bed and hospitalization time,and improve nursing satisfaction degree.
