摘 要:渤海某油田至FPSO海底管道因掺水外输而导致了严重内腐蚀,本文通过分析该平台的历史生产数据,海管漏磁内检测数据、旁路式内腐蚀检测数据综合进行分析评估,找到产生腐蚀的原因。经评估,确定海底管道主要受到CO2腐蚀,该结论由管道的腐蚀形貌、垢样分析数据中得到验证,为今后该管道的运维管理提出相关建议,尽快采取措施保护。Serious internal corrosion of submarine pipeline from an oil field to FPSO in Bohai Sea is caused by water mixing.In this paper,the historical production data of the platform,magnetic flux leakage(MFL)internal inspection data and bypass internal corrosion detection data of the platform are comprehensively analyzed and evaluated to find out the causes of corrosion.After assessment,it is determined that the submarine pipeline is mainly subject to CO2 corrosion.The conclusion is verified by the corrosion morphology and scale analysis data of the pipeline.Relevant suggestions are put forward for the operation and maintenance management of the pipeline in the future,and measures are taken to protect it as soon as possible.
