摘  要:根据3D打印切片轮廓数据的冗余分布情况,提出基于偏角弦高的数据精简方法。该方法以轮廓路径点间的偏角与弦高为依据,采用粗筛选和精筛选作为测量点是否需要精简的判断流程,防止单靠某一参数导致的重要特征信息丢失,并避免了不必要的计算。实例测试结果表明,该方法不仅能够在高曲率变化处保留较多的数据点,而且在低曲率片段中也能保留较多细节特征点,实现轮廓数据按曲率合理分布,且算法执行时间较传统方法提高超过一个数量级,能够有效提高3D打印切片轮廓数据精简的效率和精度。According to the distribution of redundant information of 3D printing slice contour data,a data simplification algorithm based on the deflection angle and chord height is proposed.This algorithm is based on the deflection angle and chord height between contourpath points,and use rough screening and fine screening as the judging process of whether points need to be simplified,so as to prevent the loss of important feature information caused by a single parameter and avoid unnecessary calculation.Example test results show that this method can retain more data points at high curvature changes and more detailed feature points in low curvature segments.The reasonable distribution of contour data according to curvature can be effectively realized.The execution time of the algorithm is more than one order of magnitude higher than the traditional method,which can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of 3D printing slice contourdata simplification.
