风力驱鸟器在航标设备上的新应用探究

摘　　要：随着我国经济建设的快速发展,国民水平持续提升,国内航海船只运行安全逐渐受到社会各界重视,而每到春暖花开、万物复苏的季节,海鸟都会大量筑巢,进而繁衍出下一代新生命,但这给航标管理带来了一定的安全隐患,因此,风力驱鸟器在航标上的创新应用逐渐受到社会各界的重视。文章结合作者实际工作经验,通过大量的实践调查,总结鸟粪污浊航标问题,筛选出弹簧器驱鸟器、普通驱鸟器、不锈钢驱鸟器三种风力驱鸟器,在不同海域进行实践对比,依照实际数据内容对风力驱鸟器在航标设备上的实际应用价值进行探究。With the rapid development of China's economic construction and the continuous improvement of the national level,the safe operation of domestic navigation vessels has been paid more and more attention by all sectors of the community.However,before blossom are in bloom and and everything recovers in spring,seabirds will build a large number of nests,and then breed the next generation of new life,which brings some hidden safety problems to the navigation mark management.Thus,the innovative application of wind-powered bird scaring device in navigation marks has drawn more and more attention by people from all walks of life.Based on experience from practical work and a large number of investigations,this paper summarizes the problem of bird feces pollution and turbid navigation marks,and selects three kinds of wind-powered bird scaring device:elastic spring bird scaring device,ordinary bird scaring device and stainless steel bird scaring device.Then,this paper compares them in practice in different sea areas,and based on the actual data and content,describes the practical application value of the wind-driven bird scaring device in the navigation aids.
