摘 要:以湖南省永州市金洞林场33个杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata(Lamb.)Hook)无性系5、10、16、25年生的生长性状调查值为依据,采用相关性分析、方差分析等方法分析不同无性系的生长性状、重复力,探索杉木无性系生长的差异性和遗传特性的变化规律。结果表明:杉木无性系的生长性状存在丰富的变异,且受遗传的高度控制,有较好的遗传改良潜力。杉木无性系各生长性状的重复力均达0.75以上,且随着林龄的增长而增加,表明杉木无性繁殖的后代能稳定地再现其亲本在不同时期的生长表现。杉木无性系生长性状的早晚相关系数呈显著相关,为从杉木无性系中选择优良品种提供依据。因此,在幼龄期进行杉木优良无性系初选可行,但需提高入选率;中龄期是进行决选的最适宜的林龄,虽仍有错选、漏选,但大大缩短育种世代,提高单位时间所获得的增产效益;林龄越接近采伐期其选择结果越准确可靠,但耗费的时间成本、现实增益比值,仍需进一步研究。With the growth traits of 33 Cunninghamia lanceolate(Lamb.)Hook clones at 5,10,16 and 25 years old in Jindong Forest Farm,Yongzhou City,Hunan Province,the growth traits and reproducibility of different clones were studied and evaluated by means of correlation analysis and variance analysis.In order to find the difference of growth and the change of genetic characteristics of Chinese fir clones.The growth traits of C.lanceolate clones had abundant variation and were highly controlled by heredity,so they had good potential for genetic improvement.The reproducibility of each growth character of Chinese fir clones was above 0.75,and increased with the increase of stand age,indicating that the progenies of clonal reproduction of Chinese fir could stably reproduce the growth performance of their parents in different periods.The morning and evening correlation coefficients of growth traits of C.lanceolata clones reached a significant level and were at a high level of correlation.This makes it possible to select superior varieties from Chinese fir clones.Therefore,it is feasible to select fine clones of C.lanceolata at a young age,but the selection rate should be increased.The middle age is the most suitable age for the final selection.Although there are still misselection and omission of selection,the breeding generation can be greatly shortened and the yield benefit can be improved per unit time.The closer the stand age is to the cutting stage,the more accurate and reliable the selection result is.However,the time cost and realistic gain ratio still need to be further studied.
