摘　　要：目的探讨海军基层部队对心理卫生服务人员的需求及要求。方法应用回溯法和访谈法进行资料收集与整理。结果海军基层部队对心理服务有多方面的需求,包括:心理疾病的诊疗和康复、一般心理问题的解决、心理健康的维护和强健、特殊情况下的心理服务等。结论我军基层部队需要更多高质量基层心理卫生服务人员;心理服务专家要具备多方面的专业基本知识、丰富的实践技术及对基层部队的深入了解才能适应海军基层部队的心理卫生服务要求。Objective To explore the demands on mental health service personnel in naval basic units.Methods Retrospective reviews and interviews were used to collect and sort out related data.Results The demands for mental health service in navy basic units were varied,including the demands for the diagnosis,treatment and recovery of mental disorders;for the solution of routine psychological problems;for mental health maintenance and fitness,as well as for mental health service under special circumstances.Conclusion More high-quality mental health service personnel are required in our military basic units.Mental health service specialists should have various professional basic knowledge,rich practical skills and in-depth knowledge of basic units,so as to meet the requirements of mental health service in navy basic units.
