摘  要:界面粘结材料被用于沥青路面坑槽修补接缝处,为研究修补后的界面性能,针对坑槽修补粘结界面破损病害机理,以自行研发的水性环氧-SBR改性乳化沥青(SW)粘结料为主体,选用SBS、SBR改性乳化沥青粘结料作对比,从粘结料力学性质出发,进行不同撒布剂量、温度、冻融循环次数下的剪切和拉拔试验,分析粘结料的界面力学表现。研究结果表明:三种沥青基粘结料温度敏感性较高,力学性质与温度呈负相关关系,且在相同的温度和撒布剂量下,SW的剪切拉伸强度较大;随着粘结料撒布量的增加,剪切强度与拉拔强度均呈先增后减的趋势,最佳粘结料用量为0.6kg·m^(-2);冻融循环次数增加,粘结料性能指标出现不同程度降低,SW残留剪切强度最大。相比之下,SW粘结料在水温作用下力学性质表现更优越。Interface binder is widely used in the pothole repair of asphalt pavement.To examine performance of the repaired interface,a self-developed waterborne epoxy-SBR modified emulsified binder(SW)was applied to analyze the damage mechanism of the bonding interface,while SBS and SBR modified emulsified asphalt binders were selected for comparison.Shearing and pull-out tests under different spreading amount,temperature and frost-thaw cycles were carried out to investigate mechanical properties of the binders.Results show that the three pitch-based binders had high temperature sensitivity and their mechanical properties were negatively correlated with the temperature.SW had the greatest shearing strength under the same spreadng amount and at the same temperature.For the three binders»shear and pull-out strength all first increased and then decreased with the increase of spreading volume.The best mechanical combination between the cohesion and the friction resistance was formed at the bonding interface when the binder amount was 0.6 kg·m^(-2).Mechanical properties weakened with the increase of frost-thaw cycles,with the residual shearing strength of SW the maximum.In contrast»the mechanical properties of waterborne epoxy-SBR binder were superior under the action of water and temperature.
