摘 要:为解决传统水热法所制备层状双金属(氢)氧化物导致的样品比表面积不高且易产生污染的问题,本研究通过溶胶-凝胶法制备Ca-Al层状双金属(氢)氧化物气凝胶(类水滑石),并利用各种试验方法来表征材料结构,研究结果表明:Ca-Al类水滑石气凝胶形成了以LDHs(Layered Double Hydroxides)晶粒为骨架的多孔结构,且比表面积由粉体材料的2.59m^(2)/g提高到102.96m^(2)/g。同时在一定条件下,利用Ca-Al层状双金属氢氧化物气凝胶焙烧产物Ca-AlCLDH(Ca-Al-calcinedlayered doublehydroxide)吸附去除水中的Cl^(-)。结果表明:在室温下,Ca-Al-CLDH类水滑石气凝胶对pH=6的500mg/L的Cl^(-)溶液最大单位吸附量可达35.63mg/g,且180min便可快速达到吸附平衡。In order to solve the drawbacks that the specific surface area of layered double hydroxides(LDHs)is not large and the environment is easy to be polluted when the LDHs are prepared by traditional hydrothermal method,Ca-Al layered double hydroxide aerogel was prepared by sol-gel method and characterized experimentally.The results show that the Ca-Al-LDHs aerogels have a porous structure with LDHs grains as the framework structure and the specific surface area of the aerogels has increased from 2.59 m^(2)/g to 102.96 m^(2)/g.At the same time,Cl^(-) was adsorbed by calcinated Ca-Al-LDHs aerogel(Ca-Al-CLDH)under certain conditions in water.Results indicate that the maximum unit adsorption capacity of Ca-Al-CLDH aerogel is 35.63 mg/g when the initial concentration of the Cl^(-) solution is 500 mg/L at pH=6.And adsorption equilibrium is achieved quickly in 180 minutes at room temperature.
