摘  要:本研究采用谷氨酸作为碳源,通过一步水热法制备得到具有良好稳定性和水溶性的氮掺杂碳量子点(N-CQDs)。通过多种表征手段对碳量子点的形态学、表面基团和化学状态进行了分析,结果表明N-CQDs的表面被羧基和氨基功能化。基于六价铬离子(Cr^(6+))对碳量子点的荧光淬灭效应,建立了一种灵敏度高、选择性好的Cr^(6+)荧光检测方法。实验结果表明,Cr^(6+)对N-CQDs的荧光淬灭程度在Cr6+浓度8~150μmol/L内呈良好的线性关系(R^(2)=0.9769),检出限为4μmol/L,且该检测方法具有良好的选择性和抗干扰性。Nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dots(N-CQDs)were prepared by one-step hydrothermal method using glutamic acid.The prepared N-CQDs have a good stability and water solubility.The morphology,composition and fluorescence properties of the N-CQDs were characterized by multiple techniques.The experimental results show that the surface is functionalized by-COOH and -NH_(2).A sensitive and selective method for the detection of Cr^(6+) was developed based on the fluorescence quenching effect of Cr^(6+) on N-CQDs.The results show that the fluorescence quenching ratio of N-CQDs is linear with the concentration of Cr^(6+) in the range of 8 to 150μmol/L(R^(2)=0.9769).The detection limit is 4μmol/L.The detection method based on the fluorescence quenching effect of Cr^(6+) on N-CQDs has high selectivity and good stability.
