装修板材甲醛释放特征及净化剂性能评价

摘　　要：采用自制玻璃箱模拟气候箱法首先对常见装修板材甲醛释放特征进行研究,并选取6种典型市售甲醛净化剂对其净化性能进行评价。结果表明,各板材甲醛释放量由高到低顺序为:奥松板>密度板>胶合板>细木工板>竹模板>刨花板;随着温度升高,板材甲醛释放量呈增加趋势;在密封空间内,甲醛释放量随时间延长而增加,在10 h后趋于稳定;大部分甲醛净化剂的除醛效果良好,平均去除率在60%以上,但是部分甲醛净化剂可能具有一定时效性。The method of self-made glass box simulation climate box was used to study the formaldehyde emission characteristics of typical decorative boards,and then purification performances of 6 typical formaldehyde purifiers selected from the market were evaluated.Results show that the trend of formaldehyde emission from various boards is:O’song board>MDF>plywood>block board>bamboo formwork>flake board;As the ambient temperature increases,the concentration of formaldehyde released from the board increases;In the sealed space,the concentrations of formaldehyde released from the test boards increase with time,but become stable after 10 h;Most of the selected formaldehyde purifiers have good performance in removal formaldehyde,with an average removal efficiency of more than 60%.However,the formaldehyde purification products may be time limited.
