摘  要:以对苯二胺、甲醛、膦酸丁酯合成含氮有机膦缓蚀剂,研究该缓蚀剂对A3钢片缓蚀效果。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:n(胺)∶n(醛)∶n(酯)=1∶4∶2,反应温度50℃,反应时间3 h。该缓蚀剂加量≥30 mg/L时,在pH 6~8的HCl-H_(2)S-H_(2)O体系加热回流状态下,腐蚀速率低于0.715 g/(m^(2)·h),降低了HCl-H_(2)S-H_(2)O盐水体系对钢铁腐蚀,SEM分析表明,缓蚀剂分子在钢铁表面形成致密保护膜。Based on the molecular straucture of corrosion inhibitor of HCl-H_(2)S-H_(2)O,the product with a good performance is synthesized by selecting p-phenylenediamine,formaldehyde and phosphonic acid butyl ester.Influence of the corrosion inhibitor on A3 steel corrosion was investigated.The results show that the corrosion inhibitor possesses a good salt resistant and anti temperature capability with stable performance and evident result by adding a small amount of it,the condition was:n(amine)∶n(aldehyde)∶n(ester)=1∶4∶2,the reaction temperature was 50℃,the reaction time was 3 h.The corrosion rate low than 0.715 g/(m^(2)·h)can be controlled when pH value is 6~8,added amount 30 mg/L.So it has excellent ability to effectively prevent corrosion.
