摘  要:以介孔碳微球为载体,采用磷酸直接浸渍法制备了介孔碳基固体磷酸,通过SEM、FTIR、XRD等方法对样品进行表征。结果表明,在磷酸化时间为6 h、磷酸化温度为180℃、固液比为1∶20时,固体酸的酸量达到最优(2.088 mmol/g);以乙酸及乙醇的酯化反应作为探针反应,在醇酸摩尔比为3∶1、反应时间为4 h、催化剂用量为乙酸质量的35%时,酯化率达到81.9%。Mesoporous carbon microspheres were used as carrier,mesoporous carbon-based solid phosphoric acid were synthesized with direct impregnation method,and samples were characterized by SEM,FTIR,XRD,etc.The results showed that the acidity of solid acid catalyst is optimal(2.088 mmol/g),when the phosphorylation time is 6 h,the phosphorylation temperature is 180℃,solid-liqud ratio is 1∶20,the esterification reaction of acetic acid and ethanol used as a probe reaction,the esterification rate reached 81.9%when the alkyd ratio was 3∶1,the reaction time was 4 h,and the amount of catalyst was 35%by mass of acetic acid.
