摘 要:使用纳滤、反渗透对有无MBR处理后的综合性制药废水分别进行深度处理,通过7项指标检测废水变化,探究了MBR对膜法深度处理效果的影响。结果表明,MBR处理有利于降低废水COD、调节pH,提升纳滤、反渗透膜通量,对纳滤处理电导率基本无影响,降低了纳滤、反渗透对氨氮、COD、总磷、总硬度的截留率,明显减弱反渗透对电导率处理效果。MBR对纳滤、反渗透总体处理效果的负面影响多于正面影响。The effect of MBR treatment was studied on advanced membrane treatment for comprehensive pharmaceutical wastewater with 7 detection indicators by nanofiltration and reverse osmosis after MBR or not.The results show that MBR treatment reduced the COD,adjusted the pH and increased the membrane flux of nanofiltration and reverse osmosis process.It had basically no effect to the conductivity of nanofiltration process.In contrast it reduced the interception effect of the ammonia nitrogen,the COD,the total phosphorus and the total hardness of nanofiltration and reverse osmosis process.It weakened significantly the interception effect of the conductivity of reverse osmosis process.MBR treatment had more negative effect than positive effect on nanofiltration and reverse osmosis process.
