摘 要:采用XRD、XRF、FTIR、激光粒度、热分析等研究了不同方法制备的拟薄水铝石物化性质,并分析了其胶溶性能。结果表明,不同方法制备的拟薄水铝石结晶度、晶粒尺寸、颗粒尺寸、晶粒聚集程度、元素组成、结构羟基、胶溶性能差异明显;拟薄水铝石的结晶度越高,则晶粒尺寸越大,γ-Al_(2)O_(3)转变温度越高,胶溶性能越好;拟薄水铝石的胶溶过程与其表面部分能够与氢离子结合的活性羟基有关,与其颗粒尺寸、晶粒聚集程度、元素组成无显著关联关系。The physical and chemical properties of pseudo-boehmite prepared by different methods were studied using XRD,XRF,FTIR,TG,laser granularity and their peptizing property were analyzed.The results show that crystallinity,grain size,particle size,degree of grain aggregation,element composition,structure hydroxyl group and peptizing property of pseudo-boehmite prepared by different methods are different obviously.The peptization index is significantly affected by the amount of acid,and increases with the increase of the amount of acid.The higher the crystallinity of pseudo-boehmite,the larger the grain size,the higher theγ-Al_(2)O_(3)transition temperature,and the better the peptizing property.The peptizing process is related to the active hydroxyl group which can combine with hydrogen ion,and the peptization performance has nothing to do with particle size,crystal grain aggregation degree and element composition.
