摘  要:为了提高延长气田下古马家沟组碳酸盐岩储层酸压改造效果,试验了一种新型生物酸压裂液。经室内评价,新型生物酸pH介于3~4之间,N80钢片腐蚀速度为1.3 g/(m^(2)·h),岩心溶蚀率为16.7%,反应速率246.8 g/(m^(2)·h),岩心溶蚀后表面凹凸不平,刻蚀孔洞形态复杂,形成大量蚓孔,且整体结构完整,以上特性有利于增大酸化压裂储层改造缝长,提升裂缝导流能力。现场试验储层改造效果提高明显,取得了较好的应用效果,具有一定推广价值。In order to improve the acid fracturing effect of carbonate reservoirs in the Lower Paleozoic Majiagou Formation in Yanchang gas field,a new type of biological acid fracturing fluid was tested.According to laboratory evaluation,the pH of the new biological acid is between 3~4,the corrosion rate of N80 steel sheet is 1.3 g/(m^(2)·h),the core dissolution rate is 16.7%,and the reaction rate is 246.8 g/(m^(2)·h).After the core was dissolved,the surface is uneven,and the shape of etched holes is complex.What’s more,a large number of wormholes were formed,and the overall structure is complete.All the characteristics above are conducive to not only increasing the fracture length of acid-fracturing reservoirs,but also improving fracture conductivity.The field reservoir reformation test has been improved significantly,and good application effects are achieved.This kind of fracturing fluid is valuable of promotion in some degree.
