摘 要:基于TMEIC热轧变形抗力模型、轧制力模型、扭矩和功率模型,开发了一套精轧轧制规程计算及分析软件,对不同钢种规格带钢在常用材质轧辊条件下对各种轧机参数进行计算,包括应变率、变形抗力、轧制力、轧制扭矩、电机扭矩及功率等参数,软件可自主配置钢种及其化学成分、轧辊材质、辊径及刚度等参数,可通过优化对应模型系数调整计算精度。通过实例分析表明,轧制规程计算过程快速有效,轧制力、扭矩及功率计算精度较高,与在线控制模型偏差在10%以内。Based on TMEIC hot rolling deformation resistance model,rolling force model,torque and power model,calculation and analysis software for finishing rolling schedule was developed to calculate various rolling parameters of different steel grades and specifications under the condition of common material roll,including strain rate,deformation resistance,rolling force,rolling torque,motor torque and power.The software can configure the parameters of steel grade and its chemical composition,roll material,roll diameter and rigidity independently.The calculation accuracy can be developed by optimizing the corresponding model coefficient.The results show that the calculation process of rolling schedule is fast and effective,and the calculation accuracy of rolling force,torque and power is high,and the deviation from the online control model is less than 10%.
