山地水库消落带建群种植物五节芒干旱复水生理效应研究

摘  要:选取广泛分布于浙江省南部水库消落带生境中生长的五节芒作为研究对象,通过盆栽模拟实验,测定其在干旱胁迫及复水条件下叶片MDA含量、SOD活性和POD活性的动态变化。结果表明:持续干旱处理的五节芒叶片SOD活性和POD活性在处理前期呈上升趋势,而在处理后期呈下降趋势,到第60 d时已低于处理前的水平。而在干旱处理30 d再复水后,五节芒叶片SOD活性和POD活性在短暂下降后又呈上升趋势,甚至接近于处理过程中的最高水平。并且叶片POD活性对干旱逆境变化反应比较敏感,而叶片SOD活性在干旱逆境恢复中应答的时间较长。说明了水库消落带生境的五节芒由于长期处于水库水位交替涨落的水旱变化环境中,在干旱胁迫条件下具有较强的抵抗干旱能力,并且在复水后具有较强的生理恢复能力。因此,在浙南山地水库消落带生态重建中,五节芒应作为植物群落构建的先锋植物。To study the physiological responses of Miscanthus floridulus to rewatering after drought stress,the pot experiment was conducted to tested and analyzed dynamic change of leaf MDA contents,SOD activity and POD activity of M.floridulus growth in water-level-fluctuation zone of reservoir in southern parts of Zhejiang province by different ways of water treatment in drought and re-watering.The results showed that along with the worsening drought,leaf SOD activity and POD activity of M.floridulus initially increased at the early stage,and then decreased at the late stage.They would be lowest on the 60 d of persistent drought.Leaf SOD activity and POD activity of M.floridulus initially decreased at the early stage,and then increased at the late stage,and would reach the highest on the day of re-watering after 30 d of persistent drought,while leaf POD activity was more sensitive to drought and re-watering than leaf SOD activity.It indicated that M.floridulus growth in water-level-fluctuation zone of reservoir became drought resistant and could recovered from drought damage easily after re-watering.It can be concluded that M.floridulus should be acted as pioneer species of water-level-fluctuation zone of reservoir in southern parts of Zhejiang province.
