摘 要:以国内某公司生产的50万km质保的重卡轮毂轴承为研究对象,对其进行实际工况分析与耐久性试验载荷谱设计,基于耐久性试验载荷谱估算重卡轮毂寿命,分析轴承寿命影响因素,并对一批次重卡轮毂轴承进行耐久性试验.结果表明,重卡轮毂轴承估算寿命约为64万km,满足50万km质保要求;重卡轮毂轴承系统寿命与车辆侧向加速度和路面冲击系数成负相关,随着受载偏心距和车轮半径的增大呈先上升后下降的趋势;重卡轮毂轴承质量合格,满足耐久性试验性能要求.The heavy truck hub bearing with a quality guarantee of 500,000 km produced by a domestic com-pany is taken as the research object.The actual working condition analysis and durability test load spectrum design of heavy truck hub bearings are carried out.Based on the durability test load spectrum,the life of heavy truck hub bearings is estimated;the influencing factors of bearing life are analyzed,and the durability test of a batch of heavy truck hub bearings is carried out.The results show that the estimated life of heavy truck hub bearing is about 640,000 km,which meets the quality guarantee requirement of 500,000 km.The life of heavy truck hub bearing system is negatively correlated with vehicle lateral acceleration and road im-pact coefficient.It increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of load eccentricity and wheel radius.Hub bearing of heavy truck meets the requirement of durability test.
