摘  要:为解决传统高温练漂中棉针织物加工过程能耗高、纤维损伤大的问题,以二乙烯三胺、三乙烯四胺、N,N解决双(3-氨丙基)乙二胺、单乙醇胺分别与水杨醛、锰盐一锅法反应制备金属锰配合物ML2、ML3、ML4和ML5用于棉针织物低温漂白加工.借助红外光谱仪分析金属配合物的化学结构,研究配合物/过氧化氢体系的催化分解特性,讨论了锰配合物ML3/过氧化氢低温漂白工艺因素对织物白度的影响,结果发现漂白工艺的最优条件为:锰配合物1.0 mg/L、氢氧化钠1.0 g/L、30%H_(2)O_(2)7.0 g/L、精练剂1.0~2.0 g/L,浴比1∶20,在70℃处理60 min.最优条件下获得的棉针织物的白度为79.0%.In order to solve the problems of high energy consumption and fiber damage in the process of traditional high temperature scouring and bleaching of cotton knitted fabric,manganese complexes ML2,ML3,ML4 and ML5 are prepared by one-pot reaction of diethylenetriamine,triethylenetriamine,N,N’-bis(3-aminopropyl) ethylenediamine and ethanolamine with salicylaldehyde and manganese salt respectively. The chemical structure of metal complex is analyzed by infrared spectrometer(IR). The catalytic decomposition of hydrogen peroxide by complexes is investigated. Influence of processing factors of manganese complex ML3/hydrogen peroxide bleaching system on fabric whiteness is studied to obtain the optimal processing parameters. The results show that the satisfactory whiteness(79%) can be obtained by treating the cotton knitted fabric at 70℃ for 60 min in a bleaching bath containing 1.0 mg/L manganese complex,1.0 g/L sodium hydroxide,7.0 g/L 30%H_(2)O_(2) and 1.0-2.0 g/L scouring agent using a liquor ratio of 1∶20.
