维持治疗联合扶正消瘤汤治疗乳腺癌的效果评价及对血清ki67、乳酸脱氢酶水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:评价维持治疗联合自拟扶正消瘤汤对乳腺癌的治疗效果及对血清ki67、乳酸脱氢酶水平的影响。方法:选择符合纳入标准的75例乳腺癌患者,回顾性分析其临床病例资料,将其分为对照组(36例)与观察组(39例)。其中对照组患者接受常规维持治疗,观察组患者在维持治疗的同时口服自拟扶正消瘤汤。分析并比较两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后生活质量评分、氧化应激标志物、免疫功能指标、ki67阳性率和血清乳酸脱氢酶的水平。结果:治疗前,两组患者生存质量评分(生理状况、社会家庭状况、情感情况、功能状况)无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者上述评分值明显升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)、氧化应激标志物水平(MDA、SOD、GSH-Px)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)、CD_(3)^(+)、ki67阳性率、血清乳酸脱氢酶水平比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组MDA、CD_(8)^(+)、ki67阳性率、血清乳酸脱氢酶水平明显降低(P<0.05),SOD、GSH-Px、CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而不良反应发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论:维持治疗联合扶正消瘤汤治疗乳腺癌,能明显降低患者ki67阳性率及血清乳酸脱氢酶水平,改善患者免疫功能,提高生活质量,治疗效果显著,安全可靠。Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of maintenance therapy combined with Fuzheng Xiaoliu Decoction in the treatment of breast cancer and its influence to serum levels of ki67 and LDH.Methods:The clinical data of 75 cases of breast cancer,which met the inclusion criteria,were retrospectively analyzed and were divided into the control group(n=36)and the observation group(n=39).The control group was given routine maintenance therapy;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with Fuzheng Xiaoliu Decoction.The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.The life quality scores,the oxidative stress markers,immune function indexes,the positive rate of ki67 and the serum level of LDH were observed and analyzed before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:There were no statistical differences in the life quality scores(physiological status,social and family status,emotional status,functional status)before the treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,the life quality scores were significantly increased in the two groups,and the increases in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before the treatment,there were no statistical differences in the serum levels of CD_(4)^(+) and CD_(8)^(+),oxidative stress markers(MDA,SOD,GSH-Px),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+),CD_(3)^(+),ki67 positive rate and serum LDH between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,the levels of MDA and CD_(8)^(+),ki67 positive rate and serum LDH were significantly decreased(P<0.05),whereas the levels of SOD,GSH-Px,CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+) and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+) were significantly increased in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the improvements in the observation group were more significant(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),however the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Maintenance therapy co
