摘　　要：杜仲临床应用广泛,现代研究表明杜仲包含多种化学成分,具有显著的药理作用。经过对其研究成果的总结归纳,杜仲的化学成分包括木脂素类、环烯醚萜类、黄酮类、苯丙素类以及萜类等其他类成分,具有调节血糖、血脂、血压,抗骨质疏松、抗炎、抗氧化、安胎、保护肝肾、免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗癌等作用。Eucommia Ulmoides Oliv.is widely used in clinic,modern research shows that Eucommia Ulmoides Oliv.contains many kinds of chemical constituents and has significant pharmacological effects.The chemical constituents of Eucommia Ulmoides Oliv.mainly include lignan,iridoid,flavonoid,phenylpropanoid and terpenoid,which can regulate blood glucose,blood lipid,blood pressure and have the actions of antiosteoporosis,anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation,anti-tumor,anti-cancer,miscarriage-prevention,immunoregulation and protecting liver and kidney.
