摘　　要：石油化工装置中,水锤事故占比极高,严重影响了工业生产,且会造成生命财产损失及社会影响。分析了水锤产生的机理及危害,以典型的水锤事故为例,描述了事故发生的过程,分析了事故发生的原因,并介绍了装置改造方案和预防措施,以避免发生水锤现象。In the petrochemical plants,water hammer accidents take a very high percentage,which pose serious impacts on the industrial production,and may lead to personal or property loss and social impact.the mechanism and hazard of water hammer are analyzed.By taking the example of a typical water hammer accident,the process of an accident is described,the cause of the accident is analyzed,the retrofit plan and preventive measures are out⁃lined for the plant,so as to avoid water hammer.
