摘　　要：某冶炼厂烟气制酸系统的余热锅炉一直存在频繁漏烟现象,需进行更新改造。简介了余热锅炉的改造方案:①采用整体联箱,联箱间取消膨胀节;②采用钢结构牛腿支撑,锅炉整体膨胀。改造后的锅炉建成投用后,锅炉进出口温度及蒸汽产量达到设计要求。The waste heat boiler in the flue gas to acid system of a smelter experiences frequent flue gas leakage,which requires upgrade and revamp.The revamp plan for the waste heat boiler are outlined:①adopt box header boiler without expansion joint between the headers;②adopt structural steel leg support,the boiler will expand as a whole.After revamp,the boiler inlet and outlet temperatures and steam generation capacity meet the design re⁃quirements.
