摘 要:为了匹配设计某大容量同步电机冷却系统离心风扇,通过三维数值模拟计算(CFD)的方法对该电机进行风阻特性计算分析,得到电机不同流量下的风阻曲线。结合电机的设计要求,利用一维设计方法设计了低比转速的离心风扇,利用CFD技术研究了离心风扇的内部流场,得到了相应的特性曲线与主要气动参数分布。根据数值模拟分析,所设计的低比转速离心风扇具有相对较高的效率,且工作范围较大,该低比转速离心风扇能满足大容量同步电机冷却系统的要求。To design the centrifugal fan of a high-capacity synchronous motor cooling system in a matched manner, the wind resistance characteristics of the motor are calculated and analyzed with 3 D numerical simulation calculation method(CFD) to obtain a wind resistance curve of the motor under different flows. Combined with design requirements of the motor, a low-specific-speed centrifugal fan is designed with one-dimensional design method, while its internal flow field studied through CFD technique to obtain a corresponding characteristic curve and main aerodynamic parameter distribution. Based on the numerical simulation analysis, the low-specific-speed centrifugal fan designed is characterized with the higher efficiency and larger working scope, and can meet the requirements of high-capacity synchronous motor cooling system.
