摘  要:介绍了大型交流同步轧钢机用的电动机转子三段轴结构设计方法和制造技术。三段式轴拼装后,关键要保证三段轴的轴中心必须同轴和三个中心线相互平行,这些技术要求都得靠合理的加工工艺来实现。利用杠杆原理,连接螺杆固定在磁极中间位置,提高电机的可靠性,确保电机长期安全、稳定运行。This paper introduces the design method and manufacturing technique of three-section shaft structure of large AC synchronous rolling mill motor rotor.Upon the three-section shaft assembly,it is important to ensure that the shaft centers of three sections must be coaxial and be parallel to three center lines,which can be realized only with reasonable processes.Based on the lever principle,the connecting screw rod is fixed in the middle of magnetic pole,and two axial ends of magnetic pole are supported by cushion blocks to form a stable strained condition,so as to improve the reliability and ensure the safe and stable long-term running of the motor.
