摘  要:转子被称为水轮发电机组的心脏,其装配质量直接影响整个机组的安全稳定运行。湖北某电站运行发电后出现转子支架环板变形,影响到机组安全、稳定运行。经过原因分析及更换转子支架的处理,解决了发电机转子存在的翘曲变形问题。对其它类似电站转子环板变形的分析处理工作,具有一定的借鉴作用。The assembly quality of rotor(which is called the heart of hydraulic turbine-generator unit)will directly affect the safe and stable running of the whole unit.As the annular plate of generator rotor field spider in a power station of Hubei was transformed to such extent as affects the safe and stable operation of the unit,this deformation has been handled upon cause analysis and replacement of rotor field spider,and the buckling deformation in generator rotor has also been solved,which provides a certain reference for analysis and process of any other similar annular plate deformation of rotor in power station.
