通体瓷抛砖深加工技术的研究

摘　　要：天然异型石材的装饰效果较佳,但天然石材价格昂贵且大量开采会造成环境破坏,将性能优异的陶瓷砖替代异型石材用于建筑装饰具有重要意义。笔者将通体瓷抛砖技术与深加工技术相结合,制备出了具有通体纹理的异型陶瓷产品。Stone of exquisite texture is an expensive material,and its large-mining can cause environmental damage.The decorative effect of special-shaped stone is better,so it is of great significance to replace special-shaped stone with ceramic tiles with excellent performance for architectural decoration.In this paper,by combining the technology of the light-polished porcelain surface porcelain tiles with whole-body texture and deep processing,the special-shaped ceramic products with whole-body texture are prepared.
