摘  要:汽车前组合灯具中通常会集合各种功能,其各部分的配光性能在满足国家强制法规要求的前提下,还应最大限度地实现造型的设计理念,满足整车设计的外观约束。针对某乘用车前照灯造型输入突破常规的组合方案,在造型认可的范围内,为了避免对近光明暗截止线的影响,调整了位置灯泡的安装位置。利用光线传播的费马原理,在灯具的反射镜及外面罩的相应部位设计了不同样式的花纹,进而改变了光线的传播方向,弥补了位置灯45°和80°方向光线的不足,使其在25 m测试屏的光分布均匀而照度充足。同时,为避免位置灯对近光灯的影响,重新校核了近光灯的光型和各测试点的照度值。经一系列的对比分析以及模拟仿真,最终验证设计方案可行、结果有效,组合灯具的各部分配光性能满足国家标准要求。In general,there are always many kinds of functions assembled in the headlamp of vehicle whose photometric characteristics should to utmost maximum extent satisfy the design idea of styling as well as meeting the appearance restraint of overall vehicle on the base of ensuring the homologation regulations.Based on the innovational layout of headlamp styling of a passenger vehicle,the fixed location of position bulb was modified within the permission area of styling,in order to avoid affecting the cutting-off line of the low beam.To offset the lack of 45°and 80°direction illuminance and make the light distribution balanced and enough on the 25 m screen,different patterns were designed on the reflector and outer lens to change the direction of light spread by using the theory of Fermat light translation.At the same time,light distribution and illuminance of every regulated point for were rechecked avoiding the effect of the position lamp on the low beam.After a series of comparison analysis and simulation,the design scheme is proved feasible and the result is effective.The result of photometric meets the requirement of standard.
