摘 要:通过深入调研国内外相关文献并结合当前智能制造在汽车生产领域发展的实际情况,对汽车企业供应商的评价指标体系和评价方法进行分析,应用AHP-TOPSIS算法帮助企业进一步优化对于供应商的选择决策。阐述汽车生产企业对智能制造的真正需求,并以此为基础完成汽车生产企业供应商选择与评价指标体系的构建;通过使用AHP-TOPSIS法获得评价对象的真实情况,对供应商进行有效的评价。同时,以国内W新能源汽车企业为例,围绕其供应商选择问题开展研究验证工作。研究成果能够辅助企业优化选择供应商环节,稳定其供应链;又可以将智慧供应链充分应用到汽车生产领域,加速智能工厂的形成。Through in-depth investigation of relevant literature at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of the current development of intelligent manufacturing in the field of automobile production,the evaluation index system and evaluation method of automobile enterprise suppliers were analyzed,and AHP-TOPSIS algorithm was applied to help enterprises further optimize the selection decision of suppliers.The real demand of automobile production enterprises was expounded for intelligent manufacturing,and on this basis,the construction of supplier selection and evaluation index system of automobile production enterprises were completed;the real situation of evaluation object was obtained by using AHP-TOPSIS method,and effective evaluation on suppliers was carried out.At the same time,taken the domestic W new energy automobile enterprise as an example,the research and verification work was carried out around its supplier selection.The research results can help enterprises to optimize the supplier selection process and stabilize their supply chain,and the intelligent supply was fully applied to the field of automobile production,accelerating the formation of intelligent factory.
