摘　　要：大学生返乡创业能力是乡村振兴战略背景下返乡创业大学生获取创业绩优效益的各种能力。科学构建测评模型是对返乡创业大学生的创业能力进行监测、培养的重要前提。文章首先厘清大学生返乡创业能力的操作性定义,基于文献分析与实证调查,初步构建大学生返乡创业能力的测评指标体系,编制大学生返乡创业能力测评量表并创建测评模型。最终构建出的大学生返乡创业能力测评模型,是由大学生对返乡创业所需的特质匹配度、对返乡创业内外环境的情境适应度和对返乡创业过程的持续发展度三个维度及其相互之间各测评指标的权数关系构成。The entrepreneurial ability of college students returning to their hometowns is a kind of comprehensive ability that they can carry out and be competent for entrepreneurship under the background of rural revitalization strategy.Scientific construction of measurement model is an important prerequisite to monitor and cultivate the entrepreneurial ability of returning college students.Firstly,the operational definition of college students'entrepreneurial ability to return home is clarified,and then,based on the empirical investigation,the measurement index system of college students'returning home entrepreneurial ability is preliminarily constructed.On this basis,the scale of college students'entrepreneurial competency for returning home is compiled and the measurement model is created.The measurement model of college students'returning entrepreneurial competency is composed of three dimensions:college students'personality traits matching degree to the returning entrepreneurial trait,college students'situational fitness degree to the internal and external environment of the returning entrepreneurial process and college students'sustainable development degree of the returning entrepreneurial process,and the weight relationship among each measurement index.
