不同生药量忍冬茎水提物对茶藨子叶状层菌发酵菌丝体生长和代谢产物的影响

摘　　要：研究不同生药量(5、15、30 g·L^(-1))忍冬(Lonicera japonica)茎水提物对茶藨子叶状层菌(Phylloporia ribis)发酵菌丝体生长和代谢产物的影响。结果表明:在实验范围内,不同生药量忍冬茎水提物可极显著和显著提高菌丝体中麦角甾醇(P<0.001)、总多糖(P<0.001)和半必需氨基酸(P<0.05)的含量;忍冬茎水提物对菌丝体生物量、绿原酸和腺苷的含量均无促进作用。Aqueous extract of Lonicera japonica stem was added at various doses(5,15,30 g·L^(-1))to Phylloporia ribis in submerged fermentation.Then mycelial growth and metabolite production of P.ribis were investigated.The results showed that addition of L.japonica stem aqueous extract resulted in significantly increased ergosterol,total polysaccharides and semi-essential amino acids in P.ribis mycelia.On the other hand,biomass,chlorogenic acid and adenosine remained the same in all groups.
