摘　　要：2017~2019年,对丹霞山大型真菌物种多样性进行调查,发现大型真菌290种,其隶属于2门7纲18目59科139属,对其中4个中国新记录种亚洲靴耳Crepidotus asiaticus、库鲁瓦老伞Gerronema kuruvense、小笠原须腹菌Rhizopogon boninensis和橙黄沃尔夫盘菌Wolfina aurantiopsis进行形态特征描述,并构建系统发育树。丹霞山大型真菌物种多样性分析结果表明:鹅膏科Amanitaceae、牛肝菌科Boletaceae、小皮伞科Marasmiaceae等7个科为优势科,鹅膏属Amanita、小皮伞属Marasmius和红菇属Russula等11个属为优势属。经济真菌资源和濒危物种评价结果表明:丹霞山大型真菌包括食用菌46种、药用菌53种和毒蘑菇42种,濒危物种中近危种3个、易危种2个。The diversity of macrofungi in Danxiashan National Nature Reserve was investigated between 2017 and 2019.In total,290 species were identified,belonging to 2 phyla,7 classes,18 orders,59 families and 139 genera.During the investigation,Crepidotus asiaticus,Gerronema kuruvense,Hizopogon boninensis and Wolfina aurantiopsis,were found to be new record species in China.For these four new record species,their morphological features were described and phylogenetic trees were constructed.The results showed that seven families,e.g.,Amanitaceae,Boletaceae,Marasmiaceae were dominant families,and 11 genera,e.g.,Amanita,Marasmius and Russula were dominant genera.Upon evaluation on economic fungal resource and endangered species,there were 46 edible,53 medicinal,42 poisonous,3 near threatened(NT)and 2 vulnerable(VU)species in Danxiashan National Nature Reserve,respectively.
