摘　　要：黄瓜籽具有提高人体免疫力、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、促进骨伤愈合等功效,逐渐被消费者熟知。为响应市场需求,籽用黄瓜筛选相关研究越来越受到重视。以筛选黄瓜种子产量高的品种为目的,采用3种生态类型共31份黄瓜种质资源为试验材料,通过测定单位面积种子产量、结瓜数、坐果率、种子百粒重、株高、第一雌花节位、单瓜种子产量、种腔长和横径、种子长和宽等指标,系统分析了其单位面积种子产量和主要农艺性状与不同生态类型黄瓜种子产量之间的关系。结果表明,黄瓜单瓜种子产量和座果率可以作为黄瓜单位面积种子产量高的品种的育种指标,为今后开展籽用黄瓜专用品种选用及相关研究奠定基础。Cucumber seed had the effect of improving human immunity,anti-tumor,anti-aging,promoting bone healing and so on,which was gradually known by consumers.In response to market demand,more and more attention had been paid to cucumber seed screening.31 cucumber germplasm resources of three ecological types were used as test materials,the correlation analysis of seed yield per unit area,main agronomic traits and pollination behavior of honeybee was carried out,and the relationship between seed yield per unit area and seed yield and fruit setting rate was analyzed by multiple regression analysis.The results showed that the seed yield and fruit setting rate of cucumber could be used as breeding indexes for varieties with high seed yield per unit area,which would lay a foundation for the selection of special seed cucumber varieties and related research in the future.
