摘  要:冬春季节天气寒冷可导致仔猪腹泻性疾病高发,由此导致的仔猪死亡、消化不良和发育迟缓严重危害了养猪业的经济效益。肠道巨噬细胞具有维持肠道免疫稳态的功能,巨噬细胞代谢重编程可以重塑其免疫表型。冷应激可以引起机体代谢重编程,而雌激素相关受体α(ERRα)可能在冷应激诱导的代谢重编程过程中具有重要作用。从"免疫代谢"角度探讨ERRα在冷应激仔猪肠道巨噬细胞表型重塑中的作用途径,为全面认识冷应激与仔猪肠道疾病发生的内在联系,为寻找有效措施保障仔猪肠道健康提供研究依据。Cold weather in winter and spring could lead to a high incidence of piglet diarrhea,result in piglet death,dyspepsia and stunting,which seriously harmed the economic benefits of pig industry.Intestinal macrophages had the function of maintaining intestinal immune homeostasis,metabolic reprogramming of macrophages could reshape their immune phenotypes.Cold stress led to metabolic reprogramming,and ERRαmight play an important role in it.The role of ERRαin phenotypic remodeling of cold-stressed piglet intestinal macrophages from the perspective of“Immunometabolism”,expect a comprehensive understanding of the intrinsic link between cold stress and intestinal disease in piglets to provide scientific basis to prevent piglet intestinal disease.
