基于组态视角的新生代女农民工创业意向形成机制研究

摘　　要：以新生代女性农民工为研究对象,以193份调查问卷为样本,应用组态思维和QCA方法整合个体与环境两个层面的七个条件,探讨形成创业意向差异的多重并发和复杂机理。研究发现:(1)新生代女农民工高创业意向存在多重并发现象,具有“女性角色榜样型”、“男性产业嵌入型”和“全要素型”三个组态;(2)新生代女性农民工创业意向形成具有非对称性现象(3)政策感知为新生代女性农民工创业意向形成的必要条件,角色榜样为新生代女性农民工创业意向形成的核心条件。Taking 193 questionnaires as samples,using configuration thinking and QCA method to integrate the seven conditions of individual and environment,this paper discusses the multiple concurrent and complex mechanism of forming entrepreneurial intention difference.The results show that:(1)there are multiple concurrent phenomena in the high entrepreneurial intention of the new generation of female migrant workers,which has three configurations:"female role model","male industry embeddedness"and"all factor model";(2)the formation of entrepreneurial intention of the new generation of female migrant workers is asymmetric;(3)policy perception is the necessary condition for the formation of entrepreneurial intention of the new generation of female migrant workers,and role model is new The core conditions for the formation of entrepreneurial intention of female migrant workers.
