习近平用典对学术期刊编辑出版的启示

摘　　要：习近平在其讲话、文章中常引用中国古代典籍的至理名言,体现富有中国传统文化光彩的治理之道,习近平许多用典对学术期刊编辑出版也有十分重要的启示。“正本清源”启示学术期刊应坚持正确的办刊方向;“诛一恶则众恶惧”启示,学术期刊编辑出版活动应严守法规、规范,提高规矩意识,对学术不端和学术腐败问题强化防范和治理;“邦之兴,由得人也”启示,优秀的编辑出版人才是一流学术期刊培育的重要力量源泉,应重视对编辑出版人员学习思考品质、工匠精神、职业道德等方面素质的要求及培养。Classical words from Chinese ancient books adopted by XI Jinping in his reports and articles show the Chinese tradition of governance,which also enlightens academic journal editing and publishing.“Reforming from root causes”reveals that academic journals should insist the correct political direction.“Punishing one evil and deterring all evils”indicates that academic journal editing and publishing should obey the laws and standards strictly,and strengthen rule consciousness,which wards off and controls academic misconduct and academic corruption.“The rise of the state driven by the people”enlightens that the excellent editing and publicizing professionals are the important source of strength in cultivating first-class academic journals,from which academic journals should demand and cultivate the editing and publishing staff’s learning and thinking habits,craftsmanship,professional ethics,etc.
