浅谈大跨度翻板闸门的制造技术

摘　　要：大跨度翻板门是通过多支铰配合启闭机实现翻转启闭,能同时实现大跨度河道的船只通航及防洪挡潮功能。文章重点介绍大跨度多支铰平面翻板式闸门制造过程中的分节,拼装,焊接,支铰孔镗孔等相关制造安装流程和工艺,总结经验,以供类似工程参考。The large span flap gate can be opened and closed by supporting hinge and hoist,which can realize the navigation and flood control of large-span river at the same time.This paper focuses on the manufacturing and installation process and process of large-span multi hinge plane flap gate,such as segmentation,assembly,welding,reaming,boring,construction and installation,and summarizes the experience to provide reference for peers.
