摘 要:滨江地处北江中下游,为北江一级支流,属珠江水系,临近广东省三大暴雨中心之一。近年来极端天气频发,滨江流域发生超标准洪水的可能性增大,为及时、科学地调度洪水,防止和减轻超标准洪水带来的灾害损失,保证抗洪应急抢险工作高效有序进行,保障当地经济社会安全稳定和可持续发展,探析滨江流域超标准洪水防御对策十分必要。located in the middle and lower reaches of Beijiang River,Binjiang river is a tributary of Beijiang River.It belongs to the Pearl River system and is close to one of the three rainstorm centers in Guangdong Province.In recent years,extreme weather occurs frequently,and the possibility of super standard flood in Binjiang basin increases.In order to timely and scientific dispatch flood,prevent and reduce the disaster loss caused by super standard flood,ensure the efficient and orderly flood emergency rescue work,and ensure the local economic and social security and stability and sustainable development,it is necessary to explore the Countermeasures of super standard flood prevention in Binjiang basin.
