屈螺酮炔雌醇片口服与依托孕烯单根皮下埋植治疗有避孕需求的原发性痛经患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的比较屈螺酮炔雌醇片口服与依托孕烯单根皮下埋植治疗有避孕需求的原发性痛经患者的临床效果。方法选取有避孕需求的原发性痛经患者131例,根据可接受避孕方式的不同分别给予屈螺酮炔雌醇片口服(A组,79例)和依托孕烯皮下埋植(B组,52例)。两组患者均随访治疗前(T0)、治疗后1个月(T1)、3个月(T2)、6个月(T3)和12个月(T4)的VAS疼痛评分,计算T4时的妊娠率及治疗有效率。结果 A、B组患者T4时有效避孕率相仿(98.7%vs.100%)(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后的VAS疼痛评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05)。T4时A组患者治疗总有效率高于B组(75.95%vs.69.23%)(P<0.05)。结论屈螺酮炔雌醇片口服与依托孕烯单根皮下埋植均能显著改善原发性痛经患者的临床症状,有效避孕;相对于依托孕烯单根皮下埋植,口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片的治疗有效率更高,起效更快。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of oral drospirosterone ethinylestradiol tablet and etonogestrel single subcutaneous implantation in treating the primary dysmenorrhea in contraception-needed patients.Methods One hundred and thirty-one contraception-needed women with primary dysmenorrhea were treated with oral drospirone ethinylestradiol tablet(group A,79 cases) or etonogestrel subcutaneous implantation(group B,52 cases).The VAS pain scores of both groups were followed up at the time points of before(T0),one month(T1),3 months(T2),6 months(T3) and 12 months(T4) after treatment.The pregnancy rate and therapeutic efficacy rate at T4 were calculated.Results There was no significant difference in the effective contraceptive rate at T4 between groups of A and B(98.7% vs.100%)(P>0.05).The VAS pain scores of the two groups were lower after treatment than those before(P<0.05).At T4,the total efficiency rate of group A was higher than that of group B(75.95% vs.69.23%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Both of oral drospirosterone ethinylestradiol tablets and etonogestrel single subcutaneous implantation is effective in the improvement of clinical symptoms of primary dysmenorrhea and contraception in contraception-needed patients.Relatively, oral drospirosterone ethinylestradiol tablet has a higher effective rate and faster onset of effect.
