用熟悉的语言唤醒对全身麻醉患者苏醒质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察用熟悉的语言唤醒对全身麻醉患者苏醒质量的影响。方法全凭静脉全身麻醉下手术患者100例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者围麻醉期给予常规处理。观察组在麻醉苏醒期实施熟悉的语言唤醒:术前1 d通过访视和患者建立融洽关系;术毕,在麻醉药停止使用后,用其熟悉的声音呼唤其姓名,每隔15~20 s呼喊1次,并用鼓励性语言激励患者,指导患者配合完成气管拔管操作。比较两组苏醒时间、拔管时间和苏醒期躁动发生情况。结果观察组停用麻醉药物后呼之睁眼时间、拔管时间和苏醒室停留时间均较对照组短(P<0.05)。观察组苏醒期躁动总发生率为4.0%,低于对照组的20.0%(P<0.05)。观察组苏醒期仅有2例出现不安焦虑;对照组除了6例出现不安焦虑外,还有3例躁动焦虑和1例非常躁动病例。结论采用熟悉的语言唤醒能显著缩短全身麻醉患者苏醒时间,减少苏醒期躁动发生,提高患者苏醒期质量。Objective To observe the effect of familiar language arousal on awakening quality of the patients in the period of recovery from general anesthesia.Methods One hundred surgical patients under total intravenous general anesthesia were assigned into two groups with 50 cases each.The patients in group C were given conventional perianesthesia treatment.The patients in group A were treated additionally with familiar language arousal, which included to establish rapport with patients through visits the day before surgery, call his name using his familiar voice during recovery from general anesthesia every 15-20 seconds, encourage the patient with encouraging language to cooperate with the completion of tracheal extubation.Results Eye opening time, extubation time and recovery room stay in group A were shorter than those in group C(P<0.05).During the recovery period, the total incidence of restlessness in group A was significantly lower than that in group C(4.0% vs.20.0%)(P<0.05).There were only 2 cases with anxiety in group A.In addition to 6 cases with anxiety, there were 3 cases with restlessness and 1 case with very restlessness in group C.ConclusionUsing familiar language arousal can significantly shorten the recovery time, reduce the occurrence of restlessness in the recovery period, and improve the recovery quality in the patients awakened from general anesthesia.
