摘　　要：黑木耳含有丰富的活性营养成分,广泛应用到药理和保健,因而被大众所关注。目前黑木耳仍具有很大的开发利用价值,对其研究进展进行阐述,为其开发利用提供参考。Auricularia auricular is rich in active nutrients and is widely used in pharmacology and health care,so it has attracted the attention of the public.At present,Auricularia auricular still has great development and utilization value.This article described the research progress of Auricularia auricular.
