摘　　要：人字形钢管桁架屋面深受顾客喜爱。对大跨度弧线型、相贯焊接节点复杂及人字形钢管桁架支座特殊要求下,通过对人字形钢管桁架屋盖施工方案的研究,选择采用成熟的专用软件进行主展览馆的深化设计,在整体建模、数控切割、单榀整体胎架成型方面采取措施来保证工厂制作加工质量。现场采用大型起重机在建筑物外围进行吊装,塔式起重机辅助零散构件吊装方案,创新桁架支座连接方式实现设计意图,将蓝图转化成实体建筑物。The herringbone steel pipe truss roofs are popular with customers.Under special requirements for large-span arcs,complex intersecting welded connection nodes and herringbone steel pipe truss supports,through multi-scheme research on the construction of the herringbone steel pipe truss roof,mature special software was selected to deepen the design of the main exhibition hall,and measures were taken in terms of overall modeling,CNC cutting,and single-thrust overall tire frame forming to ensure the quality of factory production and processing.Large cranes are used on site to hoist around the building,tower cranes are used to assist hoisting of scattered components,design intent is achieved by innovative truss support connection method,and the blueprint is transformed into a physical building.
