摘　　要：一般施工过程中,主体建筑建成后,沉降基本完成后浇筑后浇带,这样可以有效避免沉降带来的损害。但实际施工过程中,后浇带施工会对工期造成不利影响,会和现场施工产生矛盾。结合实际案例,着重介绍地下室施工过程中后浇带提前封闭施工技术的应用。In the general construction process,after the main building is completed,the settlement is basically completed and the post-pouring zone is poured,which can effectively avoid the damage caused by settlement.However,in the actual construction process,the post-poured band construction will cause adverse impact on the construction period,and will have contradictions with the field construction.Combined with the actual case,the application of the construction technology of the advanced sealing of the postpouring zone during the course of the basement construction is emphatically introduced.
