摘  要:设计并合成了两种苊环带有羟基、苯胺上带有不同取代基的α-二亚胺Ni(Ⅱ)催化剂Cat-F和Cat-OCH_(3),研究了两种催化剂在一铝二乙基铝的作用下催化乙烯均聚的催化性能。研究表明,温度和压力对催化剂活性的影响较大。此外,采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、碳谱核磁(^(13)C-NMR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)等仪器对聚合产物进行了测试,分析了聚合条件对聚乙烯的熔点、支化度、平均分子量及其分布的影响。We designed and synthesized two α-diimine Ni(Ⅱ) catalysts, with hydroxyethyl-phenoxyl group on acenaphthequinone-backbone and with different electronic-effect substituents on N-aryl, Cat-F and Cat-OCH_(3). The catalytic activity of the two catalysts in the cocatalyst of diethyl aluminum chloride(DEAC) was studied. We found that temperature and pressure have strong influence on catalyst activity. In addition, differential scanning calorimeter(DSC), carbon nuclear magnetic(^(13)C-NMR), gel permeation chromatography(GPC) and other equipment were used to analyze the effect of polymerization conditions on the melting point, degree of branching, weight average molecular weight and polydispersity index of the obtained polyethylene.
