摘 要:设计搭建了一套用于烯烃配位聚合的微通道反应系统,以rac-Me_(2)Si(2,5-Me_(2)-4-Ph-ThCp)_(2)ZrCl_(2)茂金属为主催化剂,甲基铝氧烷(MAO)为助催化剂,二甲苯为溶液,在1/8英寸不锈钢管的微通道中,研究了连续流动微通道中聚合温度、停留时间、微通道管长及投料比等对茂金属催化活性、乙烯/丙烯共聚物分子量及其分布、微观结构等结构性能的影响。结果表明,乙烯、丙烯成功在微通道反应器中实现连续共聚。A microchannel reaction system for olefin coordination polymerization was designed and built, using rac-Me_(2)Si(2,5-Me_(2)-4-Ph-ThCp)_(2)ZrCl_(2) metallocene as the catalyst, methylaluminoxane(MAO) as the cocatalyst, and xylene as the solution, the copolymerizations of ethylene and propylene were performed within a microchannel of 1/8 inch stainless steel tube. The influence of polymerization temperature, residence time, microchannel tube length and feed ratio on its catalytic activity of metallocene, molecular weight and its distribution of ethylene/propylene copolymerization, microstructure and thermal properties are studied. The results show that copolymers of ethylene and propylene are successfully continuous synthesized in the microchannel reactor.
